Walk A Mile In My Shoes:
I wake up, answer
emails and prepare my food. I get to the gym around
10 for about 90 to 120 minutes of both cardio and weight
lifting. I then return home, shower, answer email and
get to work. Sometimes I work at home, others I have
to go to the office. If I have to leave my house, I
make sure to take my food with me. If I am in training,
I go to the gym for my second cardio session after
work. Once I get home I like to kick back and read
the news online. I love reading BBC! I eat my last
meal, shower and hop into bed!
